I was in metro from andheri to Ghatkopar. Every time the door closes was very stressful moment with the sound tu tu tu tu...... And was very annoying. My humble request would be to change that sound to meaningful sound like door is closing with a pleasant sound.

Mumbai metro is one of the best way to travel.. Stations are well maintained, so the metro is.. Till now a good experience..mostly I travel in between dahisar to gondavali, so my mom too..we both hv a good experience. Thanku mumbai meri jjaan

Mumbai metro is a world class transport facility. While now it cover small area (operates between Versova & Ghatkopar now) , construction is in full swing to cover entire Mumbai. Frequency is good during peak hours (every 1 minute) and off-peak (every 3-5 minutes). Eating and drinking are not allowed inside metro but on the station you can find cake shops/ small refreshments etc. You can buy QR Code based paper tickets if it’s single journey, use your PayTM App to buy single journey ticket, use PayTM to buy value based ticket to use for multiple journey and reload again, Smart Cards are also issued with deposit of 50 and minimum value of 500. Mumbai One Card by few bank are also available. Ticket issuance & card recharge is very fast. Stations and platforms are clean. Many stations also have facilities of ATM and other utility shops. Elevators / lifts are available for public and senior citizens. Minimum fare is Rs. 10/-. Mumbai Metro Connects to the Local Train Western Line at Andheri Station, so one can take onward journey. Exiting the platform is pain as you have to stand in queue for few seconds/minutes. Parking is not available unlike Delhi metro.

Had my first experience of using the Mumbai Metro for a journey from Dahisar to InOrbit Mall. For the time I was in the Metro, i completely forgot I was in Mumbai. No cacophony of honking horns, the carriages were clean and silent and the AC was such a relief in the Mumbai heat. The best of all, it was so cheap. Way to go and waiting for the day when one can traverse the length & breadth of Mumbai using the Metro.

A great respite for the commuters. It has helped may man hours which would have been lost traveling, leading to comfort to the passengers, office goers, students and families. Need more frequencies and extended timing. While.all these are positives request the authorities to work on the boarding and chaotic situation at ghatkopar.

The new scanning system installed at stations is having lots of problem. Today evening it did not work for my card at the entry. Got it resolved but still at the exit the same problem. I have experienced this many times since installed. Can the authorities get this resolved ASAP.

Mumbai Metro 1 Best way to commute from east to west direction (Ghatkopar - Versova). Most reliable transport in current time with 99% of punctuality. Very useful during rainy season.

Ticket booking person Vivek yadav (Ghatkopar metro station)he doesn't have seance how to talk with customer He think we are free traveling please don't keep such like this person Otherwise they will spoile the metro name
